We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, hardworking Customer Service Manager.
- Oversees the daily performance of the Customer Service Department.
- Ensures the effective performance of Customer Service department functions.
- Develops and implements customer service policies and procedures that support company-wide strategic goals.
- Ensures effective technical service is provided to customers.
- Supervises Customer Service Personnel to ensure optimal performance.
- Trains and directs Customer Service personnel, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Performs appraisals of employees.
- Assists in recruiting and hiring new Customer Service Employees.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
- Completes miscellaneous customer service functions and special projects as assigned.
- Must be able to work independently, and with the Customer Service team, as well as with multiple departments.
- Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service Department Management preferred.
