We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, hardworking Customer Service Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily performance of the Customer Service Department.
  • Ensures the effective performance of Customer Service department functions.
  • Develops and implements customer service policies and procedures that support company-wide strategic goals.
  • Ensures effective technical service is provided to customers.
  • Supervises Customer Service Personnel to ensure optimal performance.
  • Trains and directs Customer Service personnel, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Performs appraisals of employees.
  • Assists in recruiting and hiring new Customer Service Employees.
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
  • Completes miscellaneous customer service functions and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work independently, and with the Customer Service team, as well as with multiple departments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service Department Management preferred.
