We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, hardworking Warehouse Associate to help us increase the efficiency and output of our shipping department, as well as to fill in for our truck driver when needed. If you are a warehouse worker with a CDL who enjoys variety in your job, we would love to speak with you!
Employee Requirements
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HME) preferred
- Tanker Endorsement preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills
- Work efficiently
- Ability to multi-task and switch between tasks easily
- Ability to manage competing demands on his/her time
- Experience processing shipping paperwork (includes UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Hazmat experience a plus
Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Fill and prepare orders for shipment
- Inspect material coming out of production
- Mark materials/shipments with identifying information
- Record amounts of material or items distributed
- Operate a forklift
- Fill in for our driver when necessary
- Perform housekeeping as needed to keep the warehouse clean and presentable.
