Sales - Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
We are currently seeking a driven, energetic, professional, and organized Senior Sales and Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities- Minimum of 10 years of combined education and experience in the Chemical Industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of combined sales/sales management experience.
- Working knowledge of the industrial chemical process. Emphasis in metal finishing, industrial finishing, circuit board manufacturing, or similar industries a plus.
- Excellent leadership and motivation skills.
- Stay up to date with new market technologies by attending training sessions, working with supplier technical representatives and reviewing technical bulletins and papers
- Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Establish and enforce organizational standards for the sales department as a whole.
- Plan and direct sales activities of the entire sales department.
- Enhance the sales staff by directly providing and/or implementing mentoring for new, and existing, sales staff.
- Conduct market analysis and devise strategies for generating new business.
- Create revenue forecasts and reports to illustrate the team's overall performance against quota.
- Maintain existing customers through routine sales calls, hands on technical service, and working with appropriate Seacole and supplier personnel to trouble shoot chemical processes, while developing new customer relationships.
- Have the ability to work independently and as a team, and foster the same in other sales employees.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a strong knowledge base of the company's products.
Essential Job Tasks- Effective communication with the sales staff, to ensure they understand the sales goals, as well as the company's products and services.
- Possess the ability to work successfully with other departments in the company, to ensure the company's goals are met.
- Making regular visits to customers and developing new business.
- Implementing sales plans as directed by the company.
- Demonstrating our products on-site at customer locations.
- Travel required.

Sales - Metal Finishing Chemistry
We are currently seeking an outgoing, energetic, hardworking regional sales representative in the Upper Midwest (Minnesota) area, with focus on our line of Metal Finishing Chemistry.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities- Minimum of 6 years of combined education and experience in the Metal Finishing Industry.
- Working knowledge of the chemical process as it relates to general metal finishing, pre-paint, anodizing and general metal working.
- Maintain existing customers through routine sales calls, hands on technical service, and working with appropriate Seacole and supplier personnel to trouble shoot chemical processes, while developing new customer relationships.
- Stay up to date with new market technologies by attending training sessions, working with supplier technical representatives and reviewing technical bulletins and papers
