In January 2023, Seacole Specialty Chemical hired a talented new Director of Office Operations to lead the customer service team in providing exceptional service to Seacole customers.
Angell Field brings more than 20 years of forward-thinking, proactive operations expertise and experience to the Seacole team. Ms. Field has a strong background in customer service management and is an expert in the implementation of enterprise resource management software and other office systems.
As Director of Office Operations, Ms. Field leads the customer service team at Seacole, including front office operations, the customer service department, and the implementation of the company’s customer retention management system. Her contributions will support Seacole’s commitment to providing quick, impactful, and safe solutions for customers while working within our values of high integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
